During the month of November we remember our fallen soldiers and pay tribute to the veterans who served and are still with us today. As we mark Remembrance Day, it is important that we reflect on their sacrifice. School Remembrance Day ceremonies and activities are an opportunity to teach students to appreciate the many sacrifices of those who have fought, died, and served for our country. Together let us pray for peace, freedom and tolerance. Lest we forget.

St Joan of Arc Catholic High School Open House
Parents of Grade 8 students are invited to attend the St. Joan of Arc Catholic High School Open House on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
Information on both the Regular Program and the Advanced Placement Program will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to tour the school, learn about the program offerings at St. Joan of Arc CHS and speak to staff and students.
French Immersion Parent Information Evening
Parents with children in Senior Kindergarten are invited to attend the French Immersion Parent Information Session on Tuesday December 6th at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Elementary School, 301 Barhill Road. The session begins at 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 27th is the annual Santafest Parade. I am looking forward to seeing our schools participate in this wonderful event. The parade begins at 1:00 p.m. and starts at Canadaís Wonderland on Major Mackenzie and Jane Street and travels east along Major Mackenzie to Keele Street. For more
